Half way…
…through the 1st phase! Yay!
The way this program is set up, workouts are 3 times a week. I’ve been doing them Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The past 2 weeks, that schedule has changed. Had 3 snow days last week which I spent at my parents’ house….which equaled no weights to work out with. So I ended up taking 3 days off. Then this week, I had 3 days in a row that I worked over 12 hours. I have to admit, I was waaaay to exhausted to work out on Wednesday because of that. But I did it tonight, and I’ll keep doing every other day until I’m back on my MWF schedule again.
And note to self: stay out of the teacher’s lounge during parent-teacher conferences. There’s always way too much food that just calls your name as you’re walking by….I don’t even want to know how many calories I consumed today and yesterday.
Second note: It’s difficult doing prone-jackkinves (look it up on youtube, too hard to describe) on the exersize ball when your dog wanders underneath you wanting to be pet.
